He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Earl Fultz and Edith Emily Fultz (Martin); and his children, Marjorie Fultz (Hague) and Gary Lynn Fultz. He is survived by: his children, Chris Fultz (Sharon), Wesley Fultz (Linda), Melvin Fultz (Shelley) and Marlita Bell (Jerry); and his sister Elizabeth Sedgwick. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
