He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lawrence Williams Sr. and Frances L. Williams (Radcliff); and his sisters, Sherri Campbell and Virginia Ann Williams. He is survived by: his spouse GleEtta Williams (Decker); his children, Charles R. Williams (Kerri) of Salem, Steve Williams (Jennifer) of Starlight, Richard Williams of Salem and Cristy Brown (Adrian) of Sellersburg; his brother Robert E. Williams of Hardinsburg; his grandchildren, Jacob, Kelsey, Kaitlyn, Nathan, Taylor, Dylan, Brookelyn, Grant and Abbygale; and his great grandchildren, Jacob, Easton, Cole and Addie.
