He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sullivan and Easter Perkins Keller; and his brother Jim Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Miller Sullivan; his children, Shannon Sullivan (Lana) of Salem, Michelle Roberts (Rick) of Pennsylvania and Sherry Casey (Greg) of Texas; his grandchildren, Rylie Roberts, Abbie Roberts, Lexi Roberts, Landon Sullivan, Logan Sullivan, Rachel Casey and Cameron Casey; his sisters, Arlene Hudson of Dillsboro and Betty Thomas of Columbus; and his stepbrother Chuck Keller of Lawrenceburg, Indiana..
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
