He is survived by: his sons, William F. Elliott and Kirk C. Elliott; his siblings, Lee E. Elliott and Maysel L. Roop; his grandchildren, K. C. Elliott II, Zack McCaslin and Alli Elliott; his stepson Derek Collins (Stacy); and his stepgrandchildren, Ryan Collins and Tyler Collins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
