We are sad to announce that on March 28, 2024, at the age of 89, Carolyn A. Sullivan of Salem, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Robert and Mary Gayle Maudlin (Walton); her sons, Johnny Sullivan (Lea Ann) and Philip Sullivan; and her brother Miles Maudlin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Sue Sullivan and Sherri Purkhiser (Greg); her grandchildren, Ashley Tarr, Jared Sullivan, Olivia Harlamert, Nyle Sullivan, Dusty Sullivan, Megan Sullivan, Dylan Sullivan and Paige Bavaro; and her brothers, Robert LaRue Maudlin of Orleans and Gary Maudlin of Salem.
