She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Hoke and Mary Wheat Brewer; and her siblings, David Hoke, James Robert Hoke and Vicki Mauck.
She is survived by: her husband Terry Chastain; her children, Terry D. Chastain of South Korea, Cory Chastain of Bloomington, Tammy Lopez of Charlestown and Christina Barro of Jeffersonville; and her sisters, Anita Maudlin of Salem, Terri Hoke of Salem, Nora Hess of Paoli, Glenda Mousty of Salem and Nancy Duffy of Fort Wayne. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
