He is survived by: his wife Shirley Motley Calloway; his children, Scott Calloway of Salem, Dino Calloway of Georgia and Donna Calloway of Salem; his siblings, Jay Calloway of Salem, Elsie Banet of Lanesville and Linda Murphy of Scottsburg; his grandchildren, Syvannah James, Josh Calloway and Megan Calloway; and his great grandchild Kaylyn Strother.
