She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Howell and Ethel Byerly Howell; her husband Robert Humphrey; and her siblings, C. Leon, James Dale, Harold, Melvin, Thomas Howell, Patty Lou Howell, Norma Gabbard and Beverly Ledford.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Pate (William) of Corydon; her stepson Billy Humphrey (Kathy) of Salem; her brother John Howell of Salem; her half-brother Irvin Lee Howell of Michigan; and her sister Katheryn Hunter of Linden. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 3 step-great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid restrictions, only 25 people are allowed in the building at one time for visitation and no food or drinks in the lounge area.
