It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Albertson of Salem, Indiana, born in Borden, Indiana, who passed away on January 21, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Virgil and Matilda Hester Goss (Schamel); and her children, Betty Darlene Sullivan and Jerry Emery. She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Russell (Carl) of Pekin and Joyce Sampson of Boaz, Alabama; and her brother Wesley Goss of Vallonia. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren.
