She is survived by: her children, Jerry Miller (Tearney) of Las Vegas, Aaron Garrett (MaryAnna) of Seymour, Melissa Deckard of Salem and April Miller of Bowling Green, Kentucky; and her siblings, Benny Smith (Sheila) of Salem, Leroy Smith (Sandra) of Bedford, Ray Smith of Salem, Mike Smith (Beverly) of Salem and Veda Naugle of Scottsburg. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
