He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ben Hacker and Anna Louise Fisher Hacker; his wife Tina Thompson Hacker; his children, Jordan Hacker of Salem, Kazi Skinner (Chris) of Oklahoma City, Brittany Nolan (Michael) of Seymour and Alexandria Hacker of Salem; and his brother Bennie Hacker of Pekin. He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren.
