She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Hasty and Effie Doan Hasty; her daughter Myle Carter; her siblings, Jack Hasty, Windell Hasty, Homer Hasty, Billy Hasty, Clarence Hasty (Jib), Tilmon Hasty and Gertrude McClure; and her great grandchildren, Wrenleigh and Ayden.
She is survived by: her sons, Jonathon Gilstrap (Ashley) of Salem, Darrell Fultz (Sheila) of Salem, Richard Fultz (Heather) of Salem and Michael Scott Fultz of Salem; her close friend Jack David Hobson of Campbellsburg; and her sisters-in-law, Cynthia and Brenda Hasty. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
