She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ralph DeVoe and Esther DeVoe (Franks); her husband James Rowles; her children, Troy Masonbrink (Dawn) of Portland, Mark Masonbrink (April) of Geneva, Nicole Bowman of Bluffton, Chasica Davis of Johnsonville, TN and Tracie Stovall (Steven) of Elkmont; her stepchildren, Patrick Rowles (Niki) of Portland and Tami Beeks (Larry) of North Webster; and her sister Dixie Auker.
A reception will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Baird-Freeman Funeral Home (221 N S Meridian St, Portland, IN 47371).
