He was predeceased by: his parents, John Francis Zinser and Alice Mae Zinser (Worland). He is survived by: his wife Linda A. Zinser (Slater); his stepson Stephen R. Bartels of Eckerty, Tennessee; his stepgrandsons, Stephen J. and James "Alex" Bartels of Evansville; his stepgreat-grandson Stephen William "Will" Bartels of Evansville; and his cousin Mary Jo Rife (Larry) of Shelbyville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
