He is survived by: his mother Virginia Cundiff (Dalton); his brother David Cundiff; his grandson Randall Cundiff of Indianapolis; his nieces and nephews, Sam Cundiff, Danny Cundiff, Karen Testrake and Jessica McLain; his great-nieces, Daisy McLain and Mia Cundiff; and his great-nephew Dean McLain.
