He is survived by: his children, Steven Coblentz, Eli Powers, Tonya Powers and Angela Brown; and his siblings, Donald Powers (Dawn) of Ghent, KY, Art Powers (Christine), Sandusky, Andy Powers (Dawn), Jacob (Vicki), Angela Miller and Dot Perkins. He is also survived by many grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
