He is survived by: his children, Christopher Dean Lee of St. Paul, IN, Dale Eugene Lee of St. Paul, IN and Craig Neeley (Nancy) of Laurel, IN; his sisters, Patricia Jane Gill of Ft. Wayne, IN and Sue Ann Hum (Rick) of Nathrop, CO.; and his granddaughter Kerrigan Lee.
