He was predeceased by: his parents, William Seifrig and Opal Seifrig (Kline); his wife Linda Hopkins; and his siblings, Louis, Teddy, Ralph, Leroy, Dorothy, Pat and Helen.
He is survived by: his children, Crystal Hayes (Steve) of St. Meinrad and Jesse Seifrig (Ashley) of Birdseye; his grandchildren, Kynse Boyle, Trenton Boyle, Stylz Garmon, Paige Seifrig, Mya Seifrig and Jaxon Seifrig; his stepgrandchildren, Ashley Holmes, Stephen Hayes and Tasha Hayes; and his siblings, Roger Seifrig (Mary Ellen), Alice Stillwell, Millie Harpenau (Larry) and Donnie Seifrig (Kathy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
