We are sad to announce that on November 6, 2019, at the age of 82, Jan Lee Holtzman (Saint Meinrad, Indiana), born in Tell City, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Holtzman and Thelma Holtzman (King); his significant other Rita Phillips of St. Meinrad; his brother Gene Holtzman (Rachael) of Tell City; and his sons, Mark White (Jackie) of Jeffersonville and Mike White of Colorado.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society.
