She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Waninger and Rose Waninger (Wink); her son Glenn Vaal; and her siblings, Adeline Beier, Lorine Meyer, Sally Fetter, Esther Meyer, Jim Waninger and Richard Waninger.
She is survived by: her husband Tom Vaal; her children, David Vaal (Tricia) of Santa Claus, IN, Brian Vaal (Pam) and Brenda Smith (Michael) of Haubstadt, IN; her daughter-in-law Denise Vaal Stetter of Derby, IN.; her brothers, Kenny Waninger (JoAnn) of Fulda, IN and Eugene Waninger (Carol); her siblings-in-law, Nelda Waninger of Magnet, IN, Rose Waninger of Tell City, IN and Richard Beier of Fulda, IN.; her grandchildren, Ryan Vaal, Courtney Heberer, Aaron Smith, Adam Smith, Jason Vaal, Alex Smith, Garret Vaal, Gracelyn Vaal, Andrew Smith and Gavin Vaal; and her great grandchild Eleanor Heberer.
