She is survived by: her son Timothy Skaggs of St. John, IN; and her siblings, Violet Fannin, Paul Keeton (Carolyn), Danny Keeton (Linda), Rachel Denise Vanoss (Greg) and Douglas Powell Keeton (Belinda). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
