She was predeceased by: her husband George Warholic. She is survived by: her children, Mark Warholic, Tammi Phillips (Jack) and Kris Elliott (Mike); and her grandchildren, Nikki Heflin (Kyle), JJ Phillips (Angie), Matt Phillips, Eric Smith, Angie Smith (Kevin), Kent Elliott, Doug Elliott, Becca Hankes (Alycia) and Taylor Elliott. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
