He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon; and his daughter Laura Trinkle (Steve). He is survived by: his daughters, Charlotte Rubush (James) and Kristin Butcher (Karl); his grandchildren, Katherine Rubush, Matthew, Adam, Grace and Lily Trinkle; and his siblings, Fred Vadas, Marjorie Popplewell, Dorothy Logan and James Vadas.

Because he loved food and dogs, donations can be made to his favorite charities the St. Maria Goretti Food Pantry or the Munster Humane Society.
