He was predeceased by: his sister Pam Modrowski; and his parents, Art Modrowski and Anne Modrowski. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly A. Modrowski; his children, Kristin Kantroski (Frank), Kellee Wyzgowski (Chris) and Katye McDonald (Sean); his grandchildren, Mila, Harry, Dutch Kantroski, Nina, Frannie, Max, Beau Wyzgowski, Lucy, Gwen and Tommy McDonald; and his siblings, Carol Hadidian (Henry), Jim Modrowski (Kristy), Dr. Robert Modrowski (Laura), Sherri Abinanti (Mike) and Dave Modrowski (Patty).
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Wabash College for the "Chick Clements Equipment Room.".
