He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Chapman; his children, Cindy Poulsen (Mike), Melissa Anderson (Jeff) and Ted Chapman (Kathy); and his grandchildren, Ashley Spencer (Mark), Amanda Porter (Nick), Alex Anderson (Kayla), Riley Chapman (Ashley), Elliott Chapman (Rachel), Mackenzie Chapman, Nikki Colvin (Jason), Cole, Remi, Jay, Clay, Eisley, Brinley, Brecken, Braya, Elijah, Kinzie and Zander.
