She was predeceased by: her parents, Audry Jasek and Mathew Jasek; and her siblings, Michael Jasek and Kathy Gasser (Jasek). She is survived by: her husband Joe Grzybek; her siblings, Anton Jasek and Mary Caliban (Jasek); and her pets, Bruno and Molly. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
