He was predeceased by: his wife Lorraine A. Bultema; his siblings, Larry Bultema (late Lorraine), Harold Bultema (Laverne) and Esther (late Case "Sonny" Boender); and his parents, Cornelius Bultema and Rose Bultema.

He is survived by: his children, Ken Bultema (Pat), William Bultema (Sharon), Randy Bultema, Neal Bultema and Thomas Bultema (Luanne); and his brother Carl Bultema (Carolyn).

Memorial contributions may be given to Bethel Christian Reformed Church or Providence Park Place - Faith House in St. John, IN.
