He was predeceased by: his significant other Ruth Ann Christian; and his parents, Jack and Alma. He is survived by: his siblings, Roger D. Christian of Lansing and Kathie R. Bruesch of Schererville, IN.; his niece Kristen Swets (Jonathan); his nephews, William Bruesch, Michael Bruesch (Danielle) and Roger Allan Christian; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Elizabeth, Ashley Swets, Allessandra and Avery Bruesch.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Robert's name to the Hospice of The Calumet Area or the Humane Society.
