He is survived by: his children, Evan Carras (Betsy), Christine Bloom (Allen) and Athene Carras (Thomas Applegate); his grandchildren, Julia, Stephanie, Natalie Bloom, Nathan (Michelle Hunt), Elizabeth and Noah Carras; and his sisters-in-law, Nicky Shick and Anna Wildermuth. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
