He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Toni Simmons Waters; his children, Reile Zae Waters and Westin Kaine Waters; his parents, John Waters and Mary Jo Waters; his parents-in-law, Harry Simmons (Nancy) and Nancy Gassner (Edward); his siblings, Daniel Waters (Danielle) and Kelly Spencer Waters; his siblings-in-law, Timothy Chere (Ronda) and Suzanne Lutz (Anthony); and his nieces and nephews, Aiden, Ali, Lauren, Brenden, Maya, Makayla, Gage, Dezirae and Taegan.
