He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Dombrowski and Helen Dombrowski; and his brother Leonard Dombrowski. He is survived by: his children, Melinda Duffy (Shawn), Scott Dombrowski (Ashley) and Denise Webb (Thomas); and his grandchildren, Conor, Drew, Dylan Duffy, Elle, Luke, Paige Dombrowski, Alex, Caleb and Julia Webb. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
