He is survived by: his wife Pam Frame; his son Paul Frame (Kristy); and his sisters, Margaret Scardina (Patrick), Linda Badgett, Ann Long (Lanny), Darla Frame and Pammie Kirby (Jimmy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
