He was predeceased by: his brother Mark Packo (late Virginia Clark); and his parents, Robert Packo and Mary Margaret Packo. He is survived by: his wife Margarita "Maggie" Packo; his granddaughter Penelope Kate; his stepdaughters, Melissa De Alba and Amanda Anderson (Andre); his stepgrandchildren, Isaiah, Maree and Mya; and his son Robert "Bob" Packo (Heather).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given in Dr. Packo's memory to Providence Hospice or Lighthouse for the Blind.
