She was predeceased by: her husband Dennis Kwiatkowski; her parents, Henry Toellner and Margaret Toellner; her brother Jack Toellner; her daughters-in-law, Crystal Kwiatkowski and Susan Kwiatkowski; and her niece Tammy Hale.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Kwiatkowski (Jill), Dan Kwiatkowski and Denise Clark; and her grandchildren, Eric Kwiatkowski (Becky), Kelly Griffiths, Amy Kenny, Brandon Young (Missy), Rob Stochel (Christiana), Ashleigh Stochel, Kristin (Jason), Vollen, Matt Kwiatkowski (Megan), Jill (Joe), Colpitts, Patrick Clark and Michael Clark. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Joan's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital or to the Susan G. Komen Fund.
