He is survived by: his wife Marcia Schaaf; his children, Fred Schaaf (Terri), Mike Schaaf (Kelly), Sheryl Bontrager (Eric) and Daniel Schaaf (Sarah); his grandchildren, Matthew, Kyle, Timothy Schaaf, Jonathan, Emma Bontrager, Cara and Lukas Schaaf; and his siblings, George Schaaf (late June) and Clareen Sluis (late Jim).
