She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Perusich and Theresa Perusich. She is survived by: her daughters, Lindsay and Mackenzie; her brother Don Perusich (Susan); her nieces and nephews, Carter, Josephine, Harper, Holden and Hadley; and her mother-in-law Karen Kusbel.
