She is survived by: her husband Michael W. Qualizza; her children, Eric Qualizza (Debra), Katie Brown (Dustin) and Kristie Qualizza; her grandchildren, Leander, Viola Qualizza, Dade, Kiera and Luka; and her siblings, Donna Longawa (Raymond), Debra Pucalik (Mark), Diana Campbell (Clayton), Denise Rosinko (Richard), Steven Qualizza (Sandra), Tony Qualizza (Cynthia) and Mark Qualizza (Patricia).
