He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Burnett and Frances Burnett; his siblings, Gene Burnett, Mary Burnett and Rick Burnett; and his significant other Karen Roll.

He is survived by: his daughters, Louisa "Shaunee" Burnett (Tom Grzegorczyk) and Nicole "Nikki" McBeth (Scott); his grandchildren, Elijah, Izayah, Sam, Kyara, Tristan and Gabe; and his siblings, Bonnie Gass and Mark Burnett. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
