He was predeceased by: his parents, John Moore and Liz Moore; his wife Carolyn Moore; and his daughter Fonda Hook. He is survived by: his son Kirk; his daughter-in-law Susan Moore of Coldwater Lake, Michigan.; his son Anthony; his daughter-in-law Margaret Moore of Kokomo, Indiana.; his daughters, Kathy Fritts of Bluffton, Indiana. and Althea Winchester of Fort Wayne, Indiana.; his grandchildren, Ryan (Karla Fritts), Amanda (Chris Esterling), Tyson Fritts, Heath (Jacquelyn Hook), Nathan Hook, Michael Rice, Calista Gerard, Colleena Moore and Caitlin Moore (Cassandra Rosene); his sister Reba; and his brother-in-law Rex Gonser of Auburn, Indiana.. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
