He is survived by: his wife Denise Garman of St. Joe; his children, Karmajean Cowan (Grant) of Harlan, Jody Johnson (Phil) of Spencerville, Heather McClintock of Butler and Scott Garman (Emily) of Butler; his sisters, Betsy Miller (Dave) of Kendallville and Rosemary Maybee of Tennessee; and his sister-in-law Linda Garman of Hicksville. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
