She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Ocampo and Refugio Ocampo (Castanedo); her husband Gilbert A. Ortiz; her great grandchild Mateo Thomas; and her siblings, Victoria Macias, David Ocampo and Raymond Ocampo.
She is survived by: her children, Gilbert Ortiz (Teri) of Ossian, Louie Ortiz (Barb) of Spencerville, Victoria Ortiz of Auburn, Valerie Ortiz (Shannon Bryans) of Buchanan and Kevin Ortiz (Rachel McGinnis) of Fort Wayne, Indiana; her grandchildren, Jessica Bender (Jonathan), Megan Sauer (Jason), Brandy Hall (Greg), Brooke Grady (Triston), Sabatha Crager (Sean), Angelina Ortiz (Aaron Thomas), Julio Padilla Jr. (Kelsey), Antonio Padilla, Isabell Bryans, Bodie Bryans, Alexis Ortiz, Brycen Ortiz, Craig McGinnis (Maddie), Kylee McGinnis and Caide McGinnis; and her brother George Ocampo (Mona) of Fort Wayne, Indiana.. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
