He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald G. Smith and Barbara Lee O'Briant Smith. He is survived by: his son Michael Smith of Florida; and his siblings, Donna Bugni of St. Bernice, Gary Smith (Nancy) of Plant City and Terry Smith (Cheryl) of St. Bernice.
