He is survived by: his children, Joseph Hurst (Lana) of Princeton, IN, Suzanne "Sue" (Hurst) of Evansville, IN, Karen Strahl (Sean) of Boonville, IN, Michael Hurst (Kaytlin) and Kristine Breitwieser (Craig) of Velpen, IN; his grandchildren, Katherine "Katie" Hurst, Allyssa Strahl, Emily Strahl, Jennifer Breitwieser, Elijah Hurst, Lucille Hurst, Joshua Hurst and Andrew Hurst; and his sister Phyllis Rickelman (John) of St. Anthony, IN..
