He is survived by: his parents, Dale Cunningham (Barb) of Saint Anthony and Lorri Cunningham of Merrillville; his wife Janet [Woitke] Cunningham; his daughter Caitlyn Cunningham of Orland Park, Illinois; his stepsons, Adam Florescu of Jasper and Max Florescu of Jasper; his siblings, Thomas Cunningham (Cheryl) of Saint Anthony and Jesse Cunningham of Saint Anthony; and his granddaughter Millicent Gracia.
