He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Ragsdale and Madalyn Ragsdale (Melheisen); his wife Donna Martin; and his sister Suzanne Smith. He is survived by: his children, Katrina Ragsdale of Westpoint and Ky Ragsdale (Donna) of Fishers; his sister Katherine Andrews (Bobby) of Indianapolis; and his grandchildren, Adam Arnold, Grace Donnoe, Allee Donnoe and Cole Ragsdale.
