It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elsie M. Welp of Saint Anthony, Indiana, who passed away on January 7, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Schwoeppe and Laura Schwoeppe (Schwartz); her husband Preceding; her daughter Katherine Welp; and her siblings, Helen Hackman and Ray Schwoeppe.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patty Morgan (Rick) of Birdseye, IN and Pam Welp; and her grandchildren, Mariah Franke (David) and Swayde Morgan.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Anthony of Padua Catholic Church (4444 S Ohio St, St Anthony, IN 47575). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Divine Mercy Parish or to the St. Anthony Fire Department.
