He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Englert and Lorena Englert (Mehringer); and his siblings, Larry, Rich, Norb Englert and Clara Mae Englert.
He is survived by: his wife Madonna Vonderheide; his stepdaughter Brenda Uebelhor Lee (Scott) of Ferdinand; his pet Sophie; his siblings, Norma Braunecker (Charles) of Ferdinand, Linda Luebbehusen (Thomas) of Ferdinand, Mary Jane Boehman (Gene) of Ferdinand, Theresa Schwartz (Leroy) of Ferdinand, Betty Ingle (Terry) of St. Anthony, Barb Messmer (Don) of St. Anthony, Kenny Englert (Martha) of Ferdinand, Bill Englert (Darlene) of St. Anthony, Gary Englert of St. Anthony, Jim Englert (Leah) of St. Anthony, Fred Englert of Schnellville and Brian Englert (Lou Ann) of Lamar; and his sister-in-law Mary Lou Englert of St. Anthony. He is also survived by many many nieces and nephews.
