He was predeceased by: his mother Maxine Utsler (Blackburn); and his adoptive father John Rayl. He is survived by: his father Larry Martin (Pat); his wife Patricia Chadwell; his children, Braxton Martin Utsler, Brittney Chadwell and Clinton Chadwell (Carrie); his grandchildren, Krew, Meila and Emery; his siblings, Kathy Massey (Dean) of Hornbeck, TN, Cheryl Losch, Jay Rayl and Jovon Rayl; and his adoptive parents, Philip Rayl, Ann Rayl and Janet Rayl.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Bill's memory to the United Bass Angler's Sportsman Series in Naples, FL.
