He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Wesley Winslow and Edythe Mae Winslow (Harrell); his wife Lois Jean; his siblings, Dale, Betty Barley and Patty Stonebraker; and his sons-in-law, Byrl Martin and Fred Bagwell.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen Winslow (Kathy), Marcia Bagwell and David Winslow (Carolyn); and his grandchildren, Michelle Fletcher (Ed), Stephen II Winslow (Nicki), Yvonne Miller (Dan), Matt Winslow (Kelly), Leslie Walden (Mike), Justin Martin and Andrea Taylor.
