She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Gale, Dorothy O'Hair, Everett Seward, Minnie Michki (Seward), Otto, Mary Parr, Robert and Rose Mary Smith.
She is survived by: her parents, Michael O'Hair and Sharon O'Hair (Seward); her husband Samuel Parr; her daughters, Alexandra "Alex" Parr and Madison "Maddy" Parr; her brother Scott (Amy O'Hair); her nieces and nephews, Kelsey and Haley; and her parents-in-law, Terry (Linda Parr) and Rose Anne (Edward Pheanis). She is also survived by friends and relatives as a loving wife, mother, sister, daughter, and friend.
